These titles are as follows: 1. 1904, The General Statutory and All Case Law Pertaining to the Cities, Towns, and Villages of the State of West Virginia: With Forms for the Use of Mayors 2. 1907, The Laws Governing Cities and Towns in West Virginia 3. 1927, History of Roane County West Virginia 1774-1927

These 3 books were written by a different William Henry Bishop. On page 450 of Bishop's "History of Roane County" the author writes:

"William Henry Bishop, son of John and Sarah (Roach) Bishop, was born at Murrayville, December 14,1860; .... is author of two books on State Municipal Law; and is author of this county history.
