line break missing

Just before Henry's dialogue, there should be a line break, then "I’ll be right outside". It's missing here in the first edition 1929. Was this deliberate by the author, or just carried forward?

I scanned through other dialogue, even with a third person, the waiter, Henry, & Cat on page330. The line breaks are consistent. Am I pedantic? Just Al (talk) 01:06, 22 February 2025 (UTC)
