Information about this edition | |
---|---|
Edition: | A Dialect of Donegal, 1906 |
Source: | Quiggin Dialect of Donegal from Wikimedia Commons, scanned by Angr from a photocopy of the original. |
Contributor(s): | Angr |
Level of progress: | Text is completely formatted and proofread, but not yet validated ![]() |
Notes: | Text includes many special characters. Quiggin transcribes the velar nasal with the Greek letter eta (η). This has been silently corrected to the IPA character [ŋ] in this digitization. |
Develop(e)
[edit]Quiggin uses the spellings develope, developes, developement more frequently than develop, develops, development, so I am not marking them with "sic" as they are clearly intentional. Wiktionary considers develope an archaic spelling. —Mahāgaja · talk 00:47, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
