Case itself?
[edit]- Nice. How about uploading the actual text of the case itself ? Smee 03:36, 12 June 2007 (UTC).
- Sure. Go ahead. I do not have access to it, but surely it can be found in one of the court cases repositories in the Interweb. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 04:01, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

This document should be moved, Brief does not have imprimatur of the APA
[edit]- This document should be moved, to Brief Amicus Curiae of Eileen Barker, et al.. As the American Psychological Association withdrew itself as a party to the brief, this name suggests it has the imprimatur of the APA, which it most certainly does not. Smee 04:10, 12 June 2007 (UTC).
- That is the title of the document. Wikisource only provides direct copies of documents without any commentary. Commentary and viewpoints belong to Wikipedia, where this is discussed. You may need to read a bot more about what Wikisource is. As I am sure you will not accept my word for it, you are welcome to ask an experienced Wikisource admin on the subject. You can do that at the Wikisource:Administrator's noticeboard. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 04:18, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- Where did you access this document, that we may confirm this is the actual title to it, and that the brief itself does not have any additional notations showing that it was later rejected by the APA ? Smee 04:25, 12 June 2007 (UTC).
- It is the actual title. See the document itself. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 14:26, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
