Chap. LXIV.An Act for the relief of John P. Williamson and Thomas Rice.

Account to be settled.Be it enacted, &c., That the comptroller of the treasury be, and he is hereby authorized to adjust and settle, on equitable principles, the accounts of Benjamin Wall, late marshal of the state of Georgia, and to allow any credit which the said Wall might have claimed against the United States as an offset to a judgment obtained at the suit of the United States against John P. Williamson and Thomas Rice, as securities of the said Wall.
