  • De Meteoris et fossilibus (1660);
  • De consensu veteris et novæ philosphiæ (1663);
  • De Corporis affectionibus (1670)
  • De mente humana (1672);
  • De corpore animato (1673);
  • Philosophia vetus et nova ad usum scholæ accommodata (1678)—a college textbook that ran through many editions;
  • Theologia speculatrix et practica (1690; 7 volumes)
  • Regiæ scientiarum Academiæ historia (1698; enlarged edition, 1701);
  • Institutiones biblicæ (1698);
  • Biblia sacra Vulgatæ editionis (1705)
