"Calliope Rag" is automatically covered by copyright as it came out after 1964. I think that the law changes also meant that the rights could be owned by a company (making "Orphaned works" no longer a meaningful), so we would need to find out who published Calliope Rag, and also what happened to his estate (Wikisource collects Category:Wills too :-).
