English: Diagram of focus, from p115 of Stephen Bateman's 1582 translation of Bartholomeus Anglicus's "De proprietatibus rerum"

It can be seen here more clearly than in our copy on Commons. I suspect it was added by Bateman, because it's not in the Provencale manuscript or the Latin incunabule I checked.

I'm not sure what the thing at the bottom is supposed to be. The back of someone's head, maybe?
