Bibliothèque Marguerite Durand gives the publisher as: Reutlinger, Paris [entre 1895 et 1900]

The photo is included as Fig 3 of Harvey (1997) which credits the Félix Nadar collection in the Bibliothèque Nationale n.a.f. 24285 and notes that it first appeared in print in 1895 in an article in the Revue Encyclopédie.

The notes on the Bibliothèque Marguerite Durand website do not mention Félix Nadar
