Summary

Description
English: Portrait of Pamela Lyndon Travers as Titania in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, c, 1922, Sydney, by unknown photographer, gelatin silver print, State Library of New South Wales, PX*D 334

According to the catalogue description, this is "Me [that is, P. L. Travers] as Titania with Alan Wilkie", is around 19 × 14 cm, and is dated ca.1920-1924. This gives the date of the production as 1922, and says she moved to London in 1924, so we can narrow that down to most likely 1922, maybe slightly later if the production ran a while.

Restoration notes
Slight sharpening, dust and scratches removed, and some extra work on the more damaged edges. Some browning was fixed, most noticeably at the bottom, where the extreme colour shift and an otherwise relatively empty area made it very noticeable.

As Adam lives in Britain, which makes it incredibly easy to acquire copyright in his works, he grants, if needed, an irrevokable license to use this work however you see fit. He requests attribution where possible, and realises that "where possible" means that that request is not legally enforcable. Adam Cuerden (talk) 15:44, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
