Style 102
(For additional style of this series see "Description" on opposite page)
Adaptability
Styles 101 and 102, Spirella bust confiners, are adapted to well developed or stout figures style 101 for the long waisted figure; style 102 for the medium. The illustration on opposite page shows style 102.
Description
These garments are made only in open work batiste and all-over embroidery, each suitably trimmed. Are designed to confine and shape the bust and hide the unsightly top lines of the corset in an ideal manner. Lacers and hooks in front are covered by a flap. Have yoke effect. Spirella boning in front, also at side near the arms, which confines the flesh at these points
Style 101, with proper selection, will care for a figure with development from 14 to 16 inches; under arm measurement approximately 6 inches; depth of back approximately 7½ inches.
Style 102, with proper selection, will care for the shorter waisted figure with slightly less development; under arm measurement approximately 5 inches; depth of back approximately 6½ inches.
Standard sizes 36 to 50 inclusive. Larger or smaller sizes, Special. In ordering special sizes fill out Special and Custom Order Blank for Spirella bust confiners.
Adjustment
Loosen the lacing, hook down the front, then adjust the lacing to the figure. The flaps covering the lacing and hooks lap enough to allow the lacing space to vary. In ordering sizes, make one inch deduction for lacing space. For measurements and selection of sizes, see booklet "How to Take Measurements". For prices, see price list.
