Mrs. CURTIS, of Cardiff, writes:—"I was really charmed with the whole of my visit, firstly from an educational point, and secondly the kindly spirit that seemed to predominate everywhere. I really felt that it was a big family and I was one of it. In handling one of my models, I shall always be able to picture and describe the processes it went through before being perfected for the client." (Editor's note: "Hope you'll come again soon.")
Mrs. M. LESTER-SMITH, Kensington, Liverpool, writes:—"I was interested to see in the Editor's notes that a Corsetiere had a present of a Spanish Shawl from a satisfied client. As I also had a rope of beautiful pearl beads from a satisfied client at Easter, you are at liberty to use this in your next." (Editor's note: "Easter Egg.")
Mrs. SHAW, of Barnsley, writes :—"I called upon Miss —. She is delighted with her Corset, Style 9826, for spinal trouble, and thinks she will never need to wear her spinal jacket any more. To use her own expression, the Spirella is very 'Supporty.' I am so glad the Spirella Company has been successful once more." (Editor's note: "We always shall be, so long as we back the Perfect Garment with Perfect Service.")

ADVICE SHEETS (PINK). From May 1st all Advice Sheets will be sent out without the price of the consignment being shown, thus eliminating detail which is unnecessary in view of the fact that all particulars are given on the invoice which accompanies the goods.
N.B.—The Pink Advice Sheet, the Pink Perforated Slip in the Order Book, and the Record Keeping Equipment are closely connected. (See Manual of Salesmanship, Pages 93 to 100.)
ORDERS REFERRED TO CORSETIERES
AWAITING FURTHER INFORMATION.
A large number of Corsetieres have recently made inquiries concerning garments which they have been expecting and have not received. On investigation at Headquarters it has been found that the Order had been cancelled awaiting further information re Selective Hip Development, or other necessary details.
When an order has to be cancelled or referred to the Corsetiere for further information in this way, instead of an ordinary letter, we send a Standard Order Form with a message imprinted thereon, explaining the reason why the order is cancelled for the time being, and asking the Corsetiere to reconsider the matter and give further information.
We can only assume that some Corsetieres have not carefully examined the contents of the envelope received, and have thought that the Standard Order Form with this message imprinted was merely a blank Order Form.
PLEASE EXAMINE CAREFULLY THE CONTENTS OF ALL ENVELOPES YOU RECEIVE FROM THE COMPANY, AND SO SAVE DISAPPOINTMENTS AND DELAYS.
