Purpose
[edit]This template enables linking from 1922 Encyclopædia Britannica entries to other Encyclopædia Britannica entries, as indicated by "small caps" in the original source. This template links absolutely, so it can be used anywhere, including in the Page: namespace.
Usage

Additional options
[edit]- where the underlying link is different from the text, a second variable can be added to override the displayed text
e.g. {{EB1922 article link|Phiz|Browne, Hablôt Knight}}
- where no small-caps is required, then that can be overridden
e.g. {{EB1922 article link|Phiz|Browne, Hablôt Knight|nosc=yes}}

[edit]{{EB1922 article link|Paris}} gives: Paris
