The Princess; a medley (1847)
by Alfred Tennyson

First published in 1847, this is a transcription of the first edition. The 2nd edition (1848) was essentially the same but Tennyson introduced major changes in the 3rd (1850), 4th (1851) and 5th (1853) editions. The latter is considered the 'final' version.
