LIMHER. A Nephite military officer of the early days of the Republic. He, with Amnor, Manti and Zeram, and their commands, was sent to watch the retreating Amlicites after their defeat by Alma, (B. C. 87). They returned next day in great haste, and reported that the Amlicites had joined an invading army of Lamanites, and together they were advancing by way of the land of Minon to Zarahemla. Limher is nowhere else mentioned in the Book of Mormon.
