מפנקו, מפנקותא f. (preced.) good breeding; de- licacy, fastidiousness. Targ. O. Deut. XXVIII, 56 ed. Bed. (Ms. Iמתפנקו, some ed. אתפנקו, v. Berl. Targ. O. II, p. 58; Y. פרניקא). -- Pes. 50b הוא מ׳ משום it is merely because they are used to iindulgence(idleness). Hag.6a דתירתא מ׳ חנה וכ׳ Hannah saw in Samuel extraordinary tenderness (saw that he was a very delicate child).
