Exeter Coll., matric. 30 July, 1585, aged 18; 'fourteen years in theology,' B.D. 26 June 1605, and licence to preach 28th, vicar of Ewny-juxta-Lanant and St. Ives, Cornwall, 1596, and of Tregony 1601, rector of Stoke Climsland 1613, and of Stoke Goldington, Bucks, 1613.
