Blake, Thomas, of co. Stafford, pleb. Christ Church, matric. 25 Oct., 1616, aged 19; B.A. 5 May, 1620, M.A. 21 Feb., 1622-3, vicar of St. Alkmund's, Shrewsbury, 1645-50, minister of Tamworth, co. Stafford, and Warwick, until his death, buried there 11 June, 1657. See Ath., iii. 431; & D.N.B.
