Broadhead, Theodore Henry, s. John Brinckman, of Westminster, arm. Trinity Coll., matric. 6 Nov., 1758, aged 17; assumed the surname and arms of Broadhead in lieu of Brinckman by Act of Parliament 27 George II., died 20 March, 1810. See Foster's Baronetage, Brinckman.
