Byng, Hon. Francis Edmund Cecil, 3s. George Stevens, of London (Earl of Strafford). Christ Church, matric. 20 Oct., 1852, aged 17; B.A. 1857, M.A. 1858, vicar of St. Peter's, South Kensington, 1867, chaplain in ordinary to the Queen 1872, and to the speaker of the House of Commons 1874.
