M.A. 1731, B.Med. 1733, D.Med. 1737, of Leybourne Grange, Kent, F. R.C.P. 1739, physician to Westminster Hospital 1739-50, died 22 Dec., 1777, father of Sir Henry 1763. See Munk's Roll, ii. 144.
