Holden, William, 3s. John Greenwood, of Whalley, Lancashire, gent. Magdalen Hall, matric. 3 Feb., 1849, aged 17; B.A. 1853, M.A. 1857, a student of the Inner Temple 1849 (his mother assumed the surname of Holden in lieu of Greenwood for herself and children by royal licence 28 July, 1840.
