- Arbitration Act 1975 (c. 3), an UK Act of Parliament that implemented the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. Repealed by Arbitration Act 1996.
- Arbitration Act 1979 (c. 42), an UK Act of Parliament that amended the Arbitration Act 1950 by limiting judicial interference in arbitration proceedings. Repealed by Arbitration Act 1996.
- Arbitration Act 1996 (c. 23), an UK Act of Parliament that regulates arbitration. The Act does not comply with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
- Arbitration Act 1996 (1996 No. 99), a New Zealand Act providing for similar issues.
- Arbitration Act 2001, a Singaporean Act of Parliament providing for similar issues. The Act applies to Singaporean domestic arbitration and does not comply with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. International commercial arbitration is governed under International Arbitration Act 1994, which is UNCITRAL Model Law compliant.
