I have a copy of lectures on the Darwinian Theory (1894) in which the four other works by A. M. Marshall are listed in the front matter.

I wonder if C[harles] F[rederick] Marshall MD, BSc, FRCS was a relative and if connected somehow to F.H.A. Marshall of "Marshall's Physiology of Reproduction" NitramFortune (talk) 10:29, 23 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Marshall family included the brother Arthur Milnes, Frank Herbert (1854-1926) and Charles Frederic (1864-?), though the 1891 census show FH to be a manager of an ironworks. Charles Frederick is definitely showing as a surgeon in 1911 census. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:59, 23 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

William Prime Marshall (a civil engineer and naturalist) and Laura (neé Stark) had five sons:

Arthur Milnes Marshall (1852 - 31 Dec 1893; Killed by a rock fall on Scafell, Lake District UK),
Frank Herbert Marshall (1854 - 1926),
William Bayley Marshall (? - ?),
Percy E. Marshall (? - ?),
Charles Frederick Marshall (13 Feb 1864 - 22 May 1940; a surgeon and dermatologist with interests in cancer and syphilis)

Despite extensive searches, I can find no connection with F H A Marshall NitramFortune (talk) 15:17, 24 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
