[edit]PARKER—On April 30, 1948, at Scotscraig Beaconsfield Road, Blackheath, S.E. James Gordon Parker, Ph.D., F.R.I.C, born Tayport, Fife, 1869, beloved husband of the late Florence Maria and father of Sylvia (Horron) and Bill. Hon. member I.S.L.T.C., for many years. Principal of the Leathersellers' Technical College. Funeral private, Chewton Mendip, to-day (Tuesday). No flowers, but donations may be sent to the Royal Masonic Hospital, London. A memorial service will be held at the Church of St. Helen, Bishopsgate, 3.30pm. tomorrow (Wednesday).
