The second Trapp was active as a translator in the 1790s.

In similar circumstances I have seen, for example Author:Alexander Thomson (fl. 1761). Based on the web page, I'd go for the earliest confirmed publication date (1792), then put the range in the notes field based on the British Library documents (1792-1797).
