transcription errors

I have made some changes for my Basho pages at kanji.aule-browser.com which rely on the complete set here.

Most of the errors are romaji transcription from the hiragana, but some are issues of using pre-1940 kana transcription in the hiragana itself.

I am not an expert, so am reluctant to make changes, but I have added a discussion note over with the complete haiku page.

I am happy to make the romaji consistent with the hiragana where the latter appears unproblematic.

There are typographic issues such as small Tsu not used, or as in small u not used in the hiragana where intended.
