I'm not sure if "*History of the United States 1801-09 (1889) by Henry Adams recounts the circumstances surrounding the Louisiana Purchase and afterwards; see table of contents for links to vol. 1: ch. 13-17; vol. 2: ch. 1-3, 12, 16." should be counted as a work "about" Napoleon, it seems more just to mention him...which hundreds of works do. - I was more than a little curious when I saw it appear, so I read chapters 13 & 14 and felt there was enough information in there to do with the actual life of Napoleon that is would be worth reading for someone really interested in the topic. But you are right, it isnt about him. I've moved it into a new section called "Further reading" to catch the overflow. Feel free to adjust further as you see fit if that doesnt seem appropriate.
