Adding works

[edit]

Um, A lot of his works are already up on Project Gutenberg. How would we go about getting that stuff here? It's a little late for me to go and search out the info. Here's a list of his works that they have: http://www.gutenberg.org/browse/authors/w#a783 71.113.25.221 05:35, 22 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Help:Adding texts explains how to add works. You can copy and paste the text, updating the formatting as needed. —[admin] Pathoschild 23:08, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
Speaking ten years later, we prefer to import scans; if they're from the same edition, we can automatically match the Gutenberg version to the scans, but we like to have scan backups. Project Gutenberg is stable and well-known; there's little reason to just straight copy what they've done.--Prosfilaes (talk) 23:53, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
