Removing Romantic Poet Category

Romantic poetry is generally considered to have begun about 1790 and ended in the early 1830s. This poet wrote during the Victorian era. Even for American Romanticism, a period generally considered to have been 19th century, the author;s works should be pre-Civil War to be considered Romantic.
