Research disproving this suggestion
[edit]I have done some research on PAULL. I cannot agree that the translator is the artist. I have identified the artist and she was not married in 1876 and she would have been 16 years old. This is unlikely
Harry Major PAULL, b. 1854, m. 1883 Edith Constance DRAPER (b.c1860).

Hans Christian Andersen: Fairy Tales and Stories English Translation: H. P. Paull (1872)
- Whilst the attribution "H. P. Paull" has crept into a variety of websites and periodicals, I cannot find (online) any 19th century book written or translated by Mrs Paull that describes her as "H. P. Paull" rather than "H. B. Paull".PeterR2 (talk) 18:09, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
