Cannot find anyone ...

Cannot find anyone clearly matching the occupation in the 1870 or 1880 USA census in the vicinity of Charleston. It may or may not be w:William Simons (politician) who was a planter and then a member of the Assembly. I think that the person may be called William Ebenezer Simons, though not fussing it at this time. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:13, 9 September 2023 (UTC)
