The Houtman Abrolhos are an archipelago of coral reef islands off the coast of Western Australia. It is renowned for its shipwrecks, most notably the Batavia and Zeewijk. It is also highly significant for its natural history; for example it is one of the most important seabird breeding sites in Australia.
