China UAE Communique Establishing Diplomatic Relations
Out of a common desire to strengthen and develop the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries, the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the United Arab Emirates have decided to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries at the ambassadorial level as from 1 November 1984.
