Civil Air Regulations Amendment 40-1

Effective:	January 21, 1943
Adopted:	January 21, 1943

 

Part 40 of the Civil Air Regulations is amended as follows:

Strike the phrase "50 miles" as it appears in section 40.203 and insert in lieu thereof the phrase "100 miles".
