Commencement of the Constitution Sixteenth Amendment Act of 2009


Under section 2 of the Constitution Sixteenth Amendment Act of 2009, I hereby fix 3 April 2009 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.


Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria this Twenty-seventh day of March Two thousand and nine.
