Commencement of the Constitution Twelfth Amendment Act of 2005

Under section 5 (1) of the Constitution Twelfth Amendment Act of 2005, I hereby fix 1 March 2006 as the date on which the said Act, with the exclusion of section 1 in so far as it inserts section 103 (3) in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, shall come into operation.
