Rutledge Man Reports Stolen Car
Richard Hammelbacher, 1187 Villanova avenue, Rutdelge, reported to Chester police this morning that his car had been stolen from 3d and Madison streets. The car bears the initials RAH on the left door and is worth $1,800, he told police.
