Funeral services will be conducted at Desert Mortuary Chapel here at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 10 for Mrs. Marguerite Winblad, 81, of 60442 Desert View, Desert Hot Springs. Mrs. Winblad passed away at Citrus C.A.R.D. Convalescent Hospital in Fontana Monday after a long illness. She had been a resident of the area for many years and of California for 32 years. She is survived by her husband, Anthony J. Winblad of this city; three sons, Norman Winblad of Baldwin Park; Earl Winblad of Carson; Russell Staderman of North Rose, New York; a sister, Janet Seaman of Long Beach; a brother, Roy Duyckinck of Holiday, Florida; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Winblad was a member of the Order of Eastern Star of Desert Hot Springs American Legion Auxiliary; Ambulance Corps, Captain Communications Corps of the United States, Captain Auxillary Police, Los Angeles. The services Thursday will be under the auspices of the Order of Eastern Star und American Legion Auxiliary. Burial will follow at Desert Memorial Park, Palm Springs. Desert Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
