Employers Reinsurance Corporation v. Bryant
Argued: Nov. 20, 1936. --- Decided: Jan 4, 1937
Where service of process against defendant, removing cause to federal court for diversity of citizenship was invalid and defendant declined to appear voluntarily and had no agent on which service could be had within district where suit was pending, federal court was without jurisdiction to proceed with suit.
