It is hereby ordered that Fire Island, located approximately in latitude sixty-one degrees, fifteen minutes North, longitude one hundred and fifty degrees, fifteen minutes West from Greenwich, and near the head of Cook Inlet, south coast of Alaska, be and the same is hereby reserved and set apart for the use of the Department of Agriculture as a preserve and breeding ground for the Alaska moose.
