Executive Order 1086
It is hereby ordered that lots 6, 7, and 8, of block 5, of the town of Rampart, Alaska (each lot being 50 feet wide by 100 feet in depth), as shown on plat of survey of Messrs. Boscaren and Crawford, and upon which lots certain military buildings were erected in the winter of 1898, be, and the same are hereby, reserved and set apart for military purposes in connection with the operation and maintenance of military telegraph service in Alaska.
