Executive Order 1156

From Wikisource

Miss Lillie Pratt, who was employed in the Government Printing Office from September 19, 1893, to May 27, 1907, when she was separated on account of reduction of force, and who was injured in 1896 in the course of her employment and without negligence on her part, may be reinstated in that office in a position of no higher grade than that from which she was separated, without reference to the year limit of eligibility under the reinstatement rule. The Public Printer states that the services of Miss Pratt could be utilized to advantage, and, in view of the facts in the case, the Civil Service Commission concurs in recommending the order.
