The Executive order dated November 25, 1908, establishing limits of punishment for enlisted men of the Army, under Act of Congress approved September 27, 1890, which order was published in General Orders No. 204, War Department, December 15, 1908, is amended by adding thereto maximum limits for certain offenses committed by military prisoners held in confinement under sentences involving dishonorable discharge, as follows:
