Executive Order 1175

The military reservation of Kaakaukukui Reef, at Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, transferred to the War Department by Executive Order of January 15, 1909 (G. O. No. 17, War Department, January 30, 1909), is hereby enlarged by the further transfer to the War Department of that part of the naval reservation lying southwesterly of the northeasterly line, extended, of the said military reservation. The military reservation as thus enlarged, will include all lands and submerged areas within metes and bounds as follows:


Beginning at the northeasterly end of a seawall located S. 39° 00′ W., and distant 638.85 feet from the southwest boundary of the Immigration Station (being the point of beginning of the land transferred by said Executive Order of January 15, 1909); thence S. 51° 00′ E., 310 feet to the southeasterly line of the naval reservation; thence S. 52° 23′ W., 2,832 feet; thence N. 9° 25′ E., 987 feet; thence N. 39° 00′ E., 1,900 feet, more or less, to a point where the northeasterly line of the military reservation, produced, intersects the northwesterly line of the said naval reservation; thence S. 51° 00′ E., 113 feet to the northerly corner of said military reservation; thence continue S. 51° 00′ E., along the northeasterly boundary of the military reservation, 722 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Containing 46.84 acres, more or less.
