Executive Order 1204

Henry Suberkrup may be appointed to the position of guard to act as musical instructor to the prisoners at the United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kans., without examination under the civil-service rules, in view of the Attorney General's report of the desirability of undertaking the musical instruction of prisoners at that institution and of Mr. Suberkrup's availability and fitness for the position, the Civil Service Commission concurring.
