Executive Order 1215

It is hereby ordered that the tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Cebu, Philippine Islands, heretofore, by Executive Order of June 19, 1903, set apart and reserved for naval purposes, be and the same is hereby transferred to and placed under the control of the Secretary of War to be used for military purposes; excepting that a site therein, to be determined upon by mutual agreement between the Navy Department and the War Department, suitable for the storage of five hundred tons of coal shall remain under the control of the Secretary of the Navy to be used for naval purposes, and that the Navy Department shall have the unrestricted use of the wharf on this reservation or of any wharf that may be built thereon.


It is further ordered that the naval reservations at Isabela de Basilan and Polloc, Mindanao, heretofore by the Executive Order of June 19, 1903, set apart and reserved for naval purposes, be and the same are hereby transferred to and placed under the control of the Secretary of War to be used for military purposes.
