Executive Order 1388
Mr. Thomas Richardson, who has been serving as postmaster at Port Gibson, Miss., since July 12, 1898, may be appointed to an appropriate position in the competitive classified service at Washington where his postal experience will be available, without reference to the requirement of examination under the civil-service rules.
