Schedule A, Subdivision I, paragraph 1 of the civil-service rules excepting positions named from the requirement of examination is hereby amended by the addition of the following words:
- * * * and one to the Public Printer.
As amended the exception contained in paragraph 1 will read as follows:
- Two private secretaries or confidential clerks to the head of each of the executive departments and one to each assistant head and one to the Public Printer.
