Miss Julia P. Madeira, of West Virginia, having been employed in a classified position in the Bureau of the Census, at $900 per annum, and her name having been removed from the rolls without prejudice because of prolonged illness, may be reinstated in that Bureau and immediately transferred to the office of the assayer of the mint at Denver, Colo., notwithstanding the limitations contained in clause (a) of Rule IX and clause (a), section 8, of Rule X of the civil service rules.
